At Spading Services, we value your time—and ours. In order to provide reliable service and maintain an efficient schedule for all customers, we’ve implemented the following booking and cancellation policy.
Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
This ensures your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
Your deposit will transfer to the new scheduled date (one-time courtesy).
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur additional charges, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to:
No access to the property
Customer not present
Work area not ready
The appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Why This Policy Exists
As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can leave large gaps in the schedule that are difficult to fill on short notice. This policy helps ensure we can continue providing reliable, high-quality service to all customers.
Agreement
By booking a service with Spading Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Same-Day Cancellation Fee
Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service total.
